I upgraded my Dish Network package just to get the additional channels so I could watch Dan Patrick on NBC Sports Network. Ironically, with this upgrade I get another radio guy’s TV feed in Glenn Beck’s The Blaze.
Glenn Beck is a story for another time though.
AM 1530 WCKG recently added the Dan Patrick Show after losing Michael Savage. It was a gamble to air Mancow, Alex Jones, and DAN PATRICK….but Dan Patrick along with the best sports updates on Chicago radio from WCKG’s Jonny Von have proven to be some of the BEST programming on the air in Chicago.
Not that we’re complaining at WCKG…but it begs the question: Why isn’t WMVP (ESPN’s AM 1000) or WSCR (The Score) in Chicago airing DP’s show?
Their loss is our gain. We’re damn glad to have Dan’s show on WCKG.
The real question is: What do YOU think about the Dan Patrick Show on AM 1530 WCKG?
